Contractor Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or accessing lead opportunities through Painting Contractors, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Painting Contractors is an independent lead-generation and networking platform that connects contractors with potential customers seeking painting and related services.

All contractors using the platform operate as fully independent businesses and are solely responsible for their own licensing, insurance, WSIB coverage, safety practices, pricing, contracts, workmanship, scheduling, communication, and project completion.

Painting Contractors does not employ, supervise, manage, direct, or control any contractor using the platform.

Contractors are purchasing access to submit quotes or bids for potential projects. Payment does not guarantee project award, customer response, project completion, profit, or future work opportunities.

All lead access purchases and quote-access fees are final and non-refundable once access has been delivered or the contractor has viewed or submitted through the quote system.

Contractors agree to communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and other users of the platform. Harassment, spam, abusive conduct, misleading information, or misuse of customer information may result in removal from the platform without refund.

Contractors may not impersonate Painting Contractors or represent themselves as employees, partners, or official representatives of the company.

Painting Contractors is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, injuries, workmanship claims, missed timelines, non-payment issues, cancellations, customer dissatisfaction, or any agreements made between contractors and clients.

Contractors are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before accepting any project opportunity.

By using the platform, purchasing access, or submitting quotes, contractors acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
